Danny was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process of buying and building a new construction home. I am a first-time home buyer and he was incredibly patient with me and the millions of questions and concerns I had along the way. Not to mention, he was very quick to respond and very knowledgeable. He also went out to the house on a weekly basis to check on the progress. I cannot say enough how great he was - I could not have chosen a better realtor to help me buy a new construction!

Let me start off by saying that Danny is everything somebody should look for in a realtor.

He is consistent, responsive, and knowledgeable to say the least. I first reached out to Danny after researching local realtors in the area. I subscribed to one of his blog/newsletter sites. He immediately followed up with me, thanking me for subscribing and asking if there was anything he could do to assist. This was the very early stages of my home buying process, and I was only interested in learning and researching home buying at the time. I explained this to him and he offered informational services and asked when he should follow up with me. I told him I wouldn’t be looking to buy for the next 3 or so years.

For the next 3 years, Danny reached out to me to touch base on my home interests every 6 months or so. He listened to my needs and provided updates on my interests as applicable. He even followed up with me on birthdays and holidays to send his best wishes! When I was ready to see what I qualified for, Danny introduced me to Denise with Mortgage Nerd. Denise and her team were beyond amazing, just like Danny. These two are truly an unstoppable “force”.

Long story short, after my pre-approval, my husband and I provided Danny with a list of needs and started house hunting within the next two days. It was so easy to book tours! Danny was very flexible and accommodating to our schedule. He always responded to calls and texts immediately. Danny booked any tours we requested and also found additional homes he felt matched our needs.

After only three days of touring, we found the one.

He strategized with us on how to approach our offer and avoid a bidding war. Needless to say, our offer was accepted! Throughout the paperwork, closing process, and key exchange, Danny continued to uphold his professionalism and diligence. We are first time homebuyers. I was anxious to get this whole process started because of all the horror stories I have heard about realtors, mortgage brokers, the loan process, etc. I seriously cannot stress how EASY this was from beginning to end.
