Danny is knowledgeable, punctual and reliable real estate agent. He assisted my husband and I in the process of looking and buying our first house. He was always willing to go above and beyond in order to accommodate my busy schedule. I appreciate him showing us multiple houses in different cities across the DFW-Metroplex until we found the right one. It’s been a year since we move in to our house, and he still keeps in touch in a regular basis, in order to ensure that our experience as fist-time home owners runs smooth. Since we used a VA loan to buy our house we had a hard time competing against other buyers purchasing their homes with cash and conventional loans. We looked at more houses than I can count and put in offers on 6 different homes before we finally had an offer accepted and we're able to buy our house. Through out the entire process Danny was very helpful answering all of our questions no matter what day/time we contacted him. Being first time buyers we had a never ending supply of questions. The home buying process is very stressful from beginning to end and Danny helped relieve a lot of that stress by keeping us informed and stating patient even when we asked to see houses in the complete other side of the metroplex.

Danny was awesome! He made the VA home buying process for my husband and I so smooth! His knowledge about VA loans and the market in general really made our experience with him great. If you want someone with experience and will be honest and gain your trust Danny is your guy!

Danny was patient with us and waited for two years for us to be ready to sell our house. We knew he would be our Realtor based on our correspondence and his social media postings. He is the ultimate professional and loves what he does. He could easily be snobbish based on his large volume of homes he sells, but far from it. He's super down to earth and you feel like he is part of the family and has your back. If I could sell 100 houses I would work with him every time. He's got the heart of a teacher regardless of if he's dealing with first time buyers/sellers or those that have bought and sold before. I recommend you list your home with and buy a house with his help. I know the temptation is for us to use a friend or relative but if you want to sell your home quickly and for top dollar, business is business. Our house had full price offer just 6 days after listing it. If I could rate him at 6 stars I would.

He exceeded my expectations by a long shot. He is honest, a straight shooter. Just call him superman. He finds the answers if he doesn't know which is rare & calls/texts back immediately.

Having Danny as our realtor was an absolute joy. As first time home buyers, the process can quickly become overwhelming. Danny was there for us every step of the way. When we had any questions, he was quick to respond to with his advice. We really appreciated his honesty and expertise. If we decide to sell our home in the future, Danny will be the first person we call.

We interviewed a handful of agents before putting our home on the market and we ultimately chose Danny because he just clicked: he was prepared, thorough, had an incredible grasp of the market, and I don't think we've ever encountered anyone who's as responsive. We're talking milliseconds between hitting "send" on a text and hearing the "ping" of his reply, at almost nay time, day or night. Thanks to Danny's pre-marketing mastery, we had several showings and an all-cash, quick close offer in hand days before we hit the market. Mind you, we had at least two other agents suggest we list our home more than $50K below the final selling price. So, to see Danny's recommendation come true, just reinforced our decision. And to Danny's credit, this was not an easy transaction. The seller's agent was difficult, the buyers even more demanding. But in the end, we could not have walked away happier and Danny deserves most of the credit.

As first time home buyers and being new to Texas in general, we were totally lost in where to start and multiple times throughout the home buying process. Danny was there day and night answering calls and texts with endless questions. He was super patient and always responsive. We loved working with Danny from start to closing day and hope to work with him in the future if we ever decide to sell. We highly recommend him to anyone in search of a home!
