Danny was our agent when we purchased a 2nd home for our daughter's family to live in. He negotiated a great price. After a miscue on the financing, Danny was able to connect us with a company that got us closed in 3 weeks. I am so happy we chose to go with Danny for the purchase. Less than four years later my daughter and family have relocated closer to "home" for a job move and we immediately called Danny to sell it for us. We got 7 offers in 2 days and we got $7K more than asking price. I would recommend Danny for anyone either buying or selling their home. Just be prepared to move as the house will sell quickly!

It was time to downsize and trade the big house for a low maintenance empty nester home more suited to our current needs so we turned to Danny for help. Danny went above and beyond. He did everything he could to sell our house at the highest profit possible for the available market. Danny took calls while he was on vacation with his family in Russia to facilitate the deal. I contacted Danny after receiving one of his letters in the mail. I was a bit skeptical of his claim that we could potentially sell my house at top dollar without upgrades. We received our offer about 2 weeks into the process. It was just under our asking price, but did not include anything additional such as insurance, help with closing, etc. Danny negotiated it up a little for me and walked me thru the complete process. He was always very responsive to my questions and informed me as we reached milestones in the process.
