Danny was very helpful in finding the perfect home for us. Being first time buyers and moving from out of state we didn’t really know a lot about anything. He was very informative and broke things down simply for us to understand. I would highly recommend him, and we will definitely be using him in the future.

Choosing Danny as our realtor was easily one of the best decisions we made during our house buying process. We were first time home buyers and knew nothing about buying a house. Danny is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and EXTREMELY responsive. He answered every one of our questions and often answered our questions before we even had a chance to ask them. Whenever we would contact him with a question or concern, we would often have a response back almost immediately, even when it was a weird time of day. During the negotiation process Danny was proactive and looked out for our interests. The entire process was quick, smooth, and painless with Danny. On top of that, since closing on our home, Danny continues to stay in touch and shows that he really cares about his clients. My husband and I are extremely picky and highly recommend Danny!

Danny did a fantastic job helping my wife and I purchase our first home. He is extremely knowledgable and always responded promptly anytime we had a question. Since this was our first home, we were unfamiliar with a lot of the home buying process and we feel like he was not only helpful but gave us honest answers throughout each stage. During the end, there was a lot of negotiating and we felt Danny fought for our interest. I would highly recommend Danny to anyone looking to purchase a home!

Y'ALL. Just read his reviews, these 5-stars are well deserved. This man answers every question you could possibly have (yes, every question). He texts back right away and he knows SO MUCH that you can really just take the back seat and let him work his magic. The amount of connections he has with so many different vendors for any task imaginable, really elevates his game. It is seriously like a smooth, one-stop shop with this guy. He makes you feel comfortable enough to ask all the really (dumb) questions first-time homebuyers have. I mean seriously, I was asking him about garbage cans and utility companies. But he was always very polite and we never felt "abandoned" at any point during the process.

And I just want to give a SPECIAL shout-out to him and The Mortgage Nerd for kicking into high-gear when we hit disaster-mode the DAY BEFORE closing. It felt like the universe was playing a huge prank on us (broken bones and positive covid tests). We crawled our way across the finish line and Danny led the way without any worries. His confidence that we would make it and get it done is really what helped us close on the house. Quite literally would not have been able to do it without him! 5-star player.

Danny is an extremely motivated agent. He had my home sale wrapped up in less than 2 weeks - from listing to close. Look forward to using him for our other home sale.

I couldn’t have asked for a better real estate agent to help me with my first time home purchase. Danny made the process easy and was always quick to respond anytime I would ask him a question or needed him to clarify something. I was honestly afraid that I wasn’t going to be able to find a home right now with these market conditions but Danny knew how to negotiate to fit mine and the seller’s needs.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about Danny. From the moment we reached out after being referred to him to the day of closing, he was so attentive and helpful. All questions we asked were answered usually within just moments, he always had an answer and treated us as though we had been lifelong friends. Danny is an absolutely amazing realtor. He helped us buy our first house, sell our first house (for a great deal), and buy our second house! He also helped my brother, my parents, AND my in laws all buy houses. He is really an advocate for you. His response time is excellent and he works hard to get you what you need. For first time buyers he helps you through the whole process. It didn’t even feel scary! I would recommend him to everyone I know!

Danny was very pleasant, tenacious, and helpful in finding us just the right home in a difficult market. Danny knows all the local players for home inspections, home warrantees, and lenders and stayed in tune with our needs. He is one of the most responsive and supportive realtors I have ever worked with when it comes to answering your questions and getting spot on information to you quickly.
