Danny was great in helping us buy our first home. Always quick to answer a text or call, and even with a curveball in the middle of our process, handled it with ease. I feel he will be a Realtor for life, not just for the initial process!

As a first time home buyer Danny was so helpful to my husband and I. Danny was very responsive and quick to reply to any questions we had no matter how small they were! The whole home buying process was so much easier with Danny and his knowledge of the market and area. He went above and beyond our expectations and we are so thankful we found him!

Danny was absolutely amazing through my First time home buying experience. He is extra knowledgeable and answers any and all questions I could ever imagined. He is an open book and is great at teaching his clients what to look for and how certain upgrades to a home can be beneficial when reselling and the not so beneficial ones as well. He represented me in ways to where I felt like he was my attorney or as if he was the one purchasing the home. He also has major connections with premier lenders, insurance agents, movers, contractors....u name it! I switched houses in the middle of my construction and Danny did EVERYTHING to get me what I wanted. He is VERY attentive and very hands on with his clients. He is very prompt with his response when I needed ANYTHING! Overall my experience was breath taking, easier than I have ever imagined, and I consider him my realtor for life! Danny was amazing to work with. We reached out over a year ago and we’re clear we were in no rush. He was understanding and worked with us on our timeline. Further, our price approved was much higher than a price we wanted to spend and he worked with the price we asked him to. As first time home buyers we had no idea what was going on when speaking to builders and Danny was at every meeting asking questions and constantly stopping the builders to better explain each piece. He was quick to respond to all questions, items he was unsure of or wanted us to hear straight from the source he would call and set up the conversation to help with!

We are beyond grateful for Danny’s help through each step of the process and I can honestly say we could not have found the house we found or gotten the information and pricing we wanted without him.

Danny is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He is the most responsive Realtor that I have ever worked with - I always had a response from him within seconds (seriously!). I felt that Danny had our best intentions throughout the entire home-buying process. Not only is he great at negotiating prices for buyers and all that goes in to getting a great contract, but Danny is also very knowledgeable about the Mortgage Lending Process.
