Danny was very professional and on point in helping me sell my home. He was very knowledgeable and answered any and all questions that I had about the process. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Danny was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! I was a first time seller and he made the process so easy and answered all my questions. Danny is well in tune with the market and had showings on my house less than 8 hours later which followed with 4 offers! Amazing! All in all I highly recommend Danny for a great and easy experience of selling or buying a house.

Danny is knowledgable, prompt and always available for questions. He helped my wife and I find our first home and walked us through the process from our first initial meeting to after loan closure. I would highly recommend.

Danny showed us a total of 24 houses in 2 different weeks. We had a very limited moving time since we were moving from out of state. Danny was very knowledgible of the areas we wanted to see and helped us understand all of the "lingo". We found a house we loved and moved in less than a month! My wife and I needed to move to the north Dallas area from Southlake. We contacted Danny Force for the help in selling our Southlake home. He helped us with an asking price and came over to the house to give advice on things to do to make the home more appealing to a potential buyer. When we were ready, Danny had buyers lined up and we had offers within days of putting the house on the market. The next step for us was to find a home about 50 miles north of where we currently lived. Thought I would have to find a realtor in the area we wanted to live in to accomplish that. Danny asked us what we were looking for and what our needs were and started looking in the areas we wanted to live. He had homes lined up to start looking at within 2-3 days. He lined up all the showings and knew everything about the houses we went to see. This was 50 miles down the road so I am sure Danny had to do some studying to make this happen. Needless to say Danny sold our house in Southlake and found a home for us to buy in the north Dallas area. This all took place a little over 2 years ago and I am still willing to write a review or send my friends to Danny. Buying/Selling a house can be a very stressful undertaking, So take a little of the stress out of it by calling Danny first. He will definitely be my first call next time I'm ready to move.

Danny did an outstanding job for us. He found numerous houses in the price range we set and was patient and respectful as we looked at the houses. He then handled all the paperwork accurately and quickly. Plus he had excellent other contacts in the industry, for example an inspector. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a house.

Came and saw our house after negotiation on new house, had offer in two days. Took pressure off , very helpful, very thankful. Very knowledgeable on area and getting us a great loan quickly. Thank you Danny!!

Mr. Force stayed in constant communication with my wife and I through the entire process with buying our home. Even though we began looking out of his normal area, he would drive an hour just to show us a house we were interested in.
